Payments
Payment of the Fireside Homeowners’ Association annual homeowner fee is due January 1st in the year in which the fee is assessed. Payment of the fee can be made through one of the options below:
Note: If your account was sent to collections please see the Collections Notice at the bottom of the page BEFORE you proceed with payment options.
OPTION 1: Credit Card
Visa, Visa-Debit, MasterCard, and AMEX credit cards are accepted.
Note: You will be required to provide the “Invoice/Order Number” from the statement received (for example: 123-5N4-2021) to properly allocate payment. Receipts are provided for online payments to the email address provided at checkout. Online payments should show up on your statement as “Fireside Homeowners’ Association”, however, some cardholders may see a generic descripton on their statement i.e. “Bambora Internet Wholesale” or “Bambora Internet PSP”.
OPTION 2: Cheque
Mail in your cheque along with the lower portion of the statement you received to ensure your payment is allocated correctly. Ensure your cheque is written and mailed to:

Note: Receipts will not be mailed for payments that are made by cheque.
Currency of Processing: All payments will be processed in Canadian Dollars.
Return/Refund Policy: Payment of the Association fee assessed to your property is a legal requirement that must be remitted by January 1st of the year in which the fee is assessed. The fee is secured by way of an Encumbrance registered by the Fireside Homeowners’ Association at Alberta Land Titles on the title of residential properties in Fireside. There is no refund of these annual fees.

COLLECTIONS NOTICE
If your account has been sent to the Fireside Homeowners’ Association’s legal counsel at McLeod Law for collection, you cannot use the online payment option to pay your arrears as payment MUST be sent to McLeod Law per the correspondence you received. Should you disregard this notice, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
