Welcome to the Community Garden!

The Community Garden is a shared space where residents come together to grow, learn, and enjoy the simple beauty of nature. Designed as a relaxing and collaborative outdoor environment, the garden offers opportunities to meet your neighbours and foster community spirit, grow fresh, safe, and affordable food, and relieve stress in a peaceful environment.

Interested in a Garden Plot?

  • Plots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis starting May 1st.
    • Preference will be given to owners in good standing.
  • To request a plot, contact us prior to May 1st.
    • Requests received after this date may be placed on a waitlist.
  • Grow fruits, vegetables, herbs, or flowers of your choice!
  • Water faucet available on-site.
  • Tell your friends and neighbours!

Each gardener is responsible for planting, weeding, watering, and harvesting their plots.

A charming set of decorative pillars marks the main entrance to Cattail Park, home of the Community Garden, to welcome residents.

Garden Plots
Raised beds help improve soil quality, support accessibility, and offer ideal growing conditions for gardeners of all skill levels. The garden is equipped with a water source that is available throughout the gardening season to help residents maintain their plots and keep plants thriving.
