WELCOME TO FIRESIDE
What is the Fireside HOA?
The Fireside Homeowners’ Association (HOA) was formed under the Alberta Societies Act on February 3, 2011 “to promote, foster, assist and develop the spirit of the community”. In other words, the Fireside HOA takes ownership over the maintenance and operation of the amenities within the community.
An encumbrance exists on all residential units within Fireside which outlines the annual payment required to cover the maintenance and operation of the amenities. A sample copy of the encumbrance can be downloaded here.
Who manages the Fireside HOA?
The Fireside HOA has retained the services of Blackstone Property Management Inc. to oversee the day to day operations of the HOA. They are responsible for overseeing the operations of the association as defined by the objectives of the Fireside HOA. Duties include executing and managing all contracts entered into by the HOA, collection of the annual resident association fee, managing inquiries into the HOA, updating the register of owners’ database, providing fee status certificates as requested in the sale of Fireside homes, maintaining insurance coverage and any subsequent claims, etc.
