The Fireside HOA has retained the services of Blackstone Property Management Inc. (BPM) to oversee the day to day operations of the HOA. BPM is responsible for overseeing the operations of the association as defined by the objectives of the Fireside HOA. Duties include executing and managing all contracts entered into by the HOA, collection of the annual resident association fee, managing inquiries, updating the register of owners’ database, collaborating with the Board on initiatives, maintaining insurance coverage and any subsequent claims etc.
